A team of 10 people, led by Ryan Ziegelbauer, spent 575 hours constructing the hotel, with bricks sourced from collectors across the world. It’s 7ft tall, 6.5ft wide, weighs 68 kilos, and will go on display at the A+D Architecture and Design museum in Los Angeles as part of their Come In! S, M, L, XLA exhibition on scale and size in architecture.
The Grand Budapest Hotel is now available on Digital HD, Blu-Ray, and DVD.
